Home rental is a matter of trust
Scandia Housing specialises in renting out private homes. But not just anybody can be trusted with the keys to the castle. It is a question of trust, and we have done our absolute best to live up to this level of trust for a number of years.

Our tenants are primarily employees of international companies or foreign embassies stationed in Denmark. However, we also procure quality rental housing for Danes looking to lease villa or apartment for shorter periods of time, and we consider finding the perfect match
between home and tenant a matter of honour. And we are equally thorough in selecting homes as we are tenants because it is not enough that our villas, apartments or townhouses are simply in good condition and meet a number of functional requirements: The homes
we offer must also have soul and charm.

Our service stretches beyond the ordinary
The rental price that we determine is based on our particularly comprehensive knowledge of the market, and on factors such as supply, size, location and facilities. That is why our prices will always match the current market level. We also tend to the hundreds of practical and legal matters involved in temporary home rental. And even though our experience stretches all the way back to 1993, our service always stretches beyond the ordinary.

100% problem-free – a nominal percentage for "the inconvenience" – and completely free for the tenant when you rent out an apartment or a house through Scandia Housing, it is always free for the tenant. As the owner you pay a percentage of the first year’s rent – under the condition that we manage to rent out your villa or apartment, of course.

No cure, no pay!
If the rental period is shorter than 12 months, you are only charged a fee corresponding to the respective period. For extremely short periods, however, a set minimum fee is required. Furthermore, the fee amount depends on the service you choose. As a rule, we are responsible for marketing and determining the rental price. We show the available properties to potential tenants and draw up a tailor-made rental contract containing all of the special conditions you may desire. If you prefer that we handle all administrative responsibilities, this can also be arranged for a modest supplementary fee. With this extra service, you can bid farewell to all your troubles and leave them to us.
